Processing Time

Each piece is handmade and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Ready-to-ship items purchased on this website are dispatched within 3–5 working days
For made-to-order pieces, I will confirm how long it will take to make via email. If you are working towards a particular date or occasion I will make every effort to prioritise your order and meet your timeframe!

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

Shipping is available across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

This Royal Mail service states that it provides end-to-end tracking from posting to delivery, providing you with SMS or email tracking notifications, and includes the option for you to arrange delivery to a preferred neighbour or a designated Safeplace.

Given the scale and fragility of the work, all pieces are securely packaged with great care using eco peanuts, honeycomb paper and are double boxed to ensure safe arrival. I use bubble wrap for some items for additional protection but aim to keep plastic packaging to a minimum. Materials are chosen to be both secure and environmentally responsible wherever possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. However, I will always assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Damages

Due to the nature of ceramic work, specialist shipping insurance can be extremely limited and disproportionately expensive. Rather than passing these costs on, I have chosen to focus on careful, robust packaging and the use of reliable tracked delivery services.

While every effort is made to ensure your piece arrives safely, in the rare event that it is damaged in transit please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, send photographs of the item, packaging, and the damaged piece. While each situation is considered individually, I will always do my best to find a fair and reasonable solution.
